according to a Reuters Zadran said the attack took place at an educational institution where entrance exams were being held. Schools in Afghanistan are usually closed on Fridays.
“Attacking civilian targets proves the enemy’s inhuman cruelty and lack of moral standards,” he said.
Many of the people living in the western region are Hazaras, an ethnic minority who were targeted in previous attacks launched by the Islamic State militant group.
