*Turn your head towards the floor, but do not touch your chin to your chest.
* Inhaling, return to Cow Pose, and then exhale as you return to Cat Pose.

* Sit on the mat with your legs spread in front.

*Turn your torso to the right, bringing your left elbow to the outside of your right knee.
* Release the legs and change their position as you prepare to turn to the other side.
