QET UG 2022: The results of Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2022 were declared by the National Testing Agency (NTA) at 10 pm on Friday night. The result is available on the official website cuet.samarth.ac.in. Students can check their result at cuet.samarth.ac.in. Earlier the UGC chairman had said that the result would be released around 10 pm, but the result was delayed and uploaded later at 3.45 pm. A total of 19,865 candidates secured 100 percentile in 30 subjects in the Common University Entrance Test-Undergraduate (CUET-UG) 2022. English had the highest 100 percentile at 8,236, followed by Political Science (2,065) and Business Studies (1,669). ) while Biology (1324), Economics (1188), and Psychology (1209).
Candidates who had participated in any of the six stages of the entrance test can access their scorecard on the CUET UG website. The CUET UG 2022 exam, the first common entrance exam for undergraduate admissions in universities, was administered in six phases from July 15 to August 30. The 4th and last day of Phase 6 of the CUET (UG) exam was successfully conducted. As many as 1,40,559 candidates are in both slots across 444 exam centers in 239 cities, including four cities outside India (Muscat, Riyadh, Dubai and Sharjah). According to NTA, 8,10,000 participated in the first slot, while 6,80,000 participated in the second slot. “Candidates applied for 54,555 unique combinations of subjects across 90 universities. The total number of question papers was 2,219 and the number of questions was 50,476.” A detailed report is awaited for this as 103 students have been affected.
“As per preliminary reports, due to slow internet speed, the examination could not be conducted at the Centre, Radha Govind University, Ramgarh, Jharkhand. The detailed report is awaited. The examination for the 103 affected candidates will be conducted shortly,” M Jagadesh Kumar, Chairman University Grants Commission (UGC) gave this information on Thursday. CUET UG Answer Key was officially released on 8th August. Candidates were given time till 5 pm on September 10 to challenge the answer keys. NTA had earlier declared the provisional answer key so that candidates can calculate their probable marks.
